Penne with garlic, oil and anchovies



Penne with anchovies is a very strong first course with flavors as you can easily imagine.

Ingredients

300 g penne 
4 anchovies in oil
garlic
chili pepper
extra virgin olive oil
salt

Procedure

For the recipe for penne with garlic, oil and anchovies, boil the water for the penne and salt it. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan with a clove of sliced garlic and the anchovies: the garlic should not darken and the anchovies should melt. Boil the penne for 7 minutes, drain and pour into the flavored oil. Sauté them for 1 minute and complete them with a pinch of chili.
