Paccheri with seafood

Each family keeps its own recipe, containing little tricks and secrets that will never be revealed. Seafood is delicious to enjoy with long or short pasta, depending on your preference, you can choose linguine, spaghetti, fettuccine or other types such as paccheri. In this delicious recipe I explain step by step how to make excellent paccheri with seafood, where the sauce is prepared with squid, octopus and the special addition of lupins: an ideal dish for lunch or dinner, complete and tasty that will amaze every one of your guests.
Ingredients
360 g paccheri
300 g squid
300 g octopus
500 g lupins
10 cherry tomatoes
garlic to taste
extra virgin olive oil to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
chili pepper to taste
parsley to taste
Preparation
To prepare an ideal dish of paccheri with seafood, fry a crushed garlic clove and a chili pepper in a large pan with plenty of extra virgin olive oil. Once the garlic is golden, add the octopus and squid already cut into slices. Once cooked, add a dozen cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper to everything. Let the sauce reduce, finally adding the lupins. Cover with a lid waiting for the valves to open. Separately, prepare salted water on the stove and once it comes to a boil, drop your paccheri, which you will remove al dente. After draining them, sauté them in the sauce with the seafood, serve the seafood paccheri with a good sprinkling of pepper and fresh parsley according to your preferences on each dish.
