Sliced tuna with sesame seeds and poppy
I was given a slice of freshly caught tuna and I didn't know what to do with it then the classic of the classics sliced tuna a very simple and really good dish.
Ingredients
600 g slice of fresh tuna
1 clove Garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
1 sprig Parsley
Sesame seeds
Poppy seeds
Chili powder
Strawberry
Preparation
Wash and dry the slice thoroughly. Prepare the marinade with the oil, sliced garlic, parsley, salt and chili powder. Leave the tuna steak in the marinade for about 40 minutes in the fridge. Put the seeds on a plate and puree the tuna, making sure they adhere well to the entire surface. Cook in a pan with its marinade, three minutes on each side for optimal cooking, if you prefer it more cooked prolong the cooking but I do not recommend it, the slice loses flavor and softness. Cut your sliced tuna with sesame and poppy seeds and serve with a strawberry.
