Scallops and prawns skewer
Very simple skewers of prawns and scallops, quick to prepare, perfect for all fish menus. They are light and tasty, excellent to serve as a main course, in combination with other skewers or grilled fish. This time I chose to cook them on the griddle, but you can also bake them in the oven (below you can find the directions). Try this recipe, it's super easy but really appetizing!
Ingredients
12 Shrimp tails8 Scallops2 slices of breadleekparsleygarlicsaltPepperextra virgin olive oil
Procedure
For the shrimp and scallop skewers recipe, peel the shrimp tails, leaving the end of the tail; Peel a leek, cut the sheaths into strips and beat them with a meat mallet to soften them. Wrap the prawns in them and skewer them on 4 skewer sticks, alternating them with the scallops. Blend the bread into small pieces with a sprig of parsley, a piece of garlic, salt, pepper and a drizzle of oil. Sprinkle the greased skewers with bread and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Your shrimp and scallop skewers are ready, serve them hot, with lemon or orange slices... Enjoy your meal!
