Lindemans Cassis & O'Hara's Freebird White IPA



Beer of spontaneous fermentation. Product of exceptional flavour and complexity, Lindemans Cassis is made from one-year-old oak-aged lambic and pure black currant juice. Purplish red with an ample creamy pink foam head. A delicious aperitif with the fresh sweet-and-sour taste of bright black currants and lambic.

Deep reddish-purple color with exceptional aroma, flavor, and complexity. Fuller bodied and soft, while still being refreshing and crisp.

INGREDIENTS
Water, barley malt, wheat, black currant juice, sugar, natural flavor from black currants, hops, stevia, yeast.

HISTORY
A classic Belgian favorite. Black currants have been used for centuries as an ingredient in beers and liquors in Belgium and Northern Europe.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Venison, roasted pork tenderloin with rosemary cream sauce, scones, New York style cheesecake, and fresh fruit. Serve in flute-shaped Lambic glass.

O'Hara's Freebird White IPA

A refreshing White IPA combining the aromatic citrus hops of an IPA with traditional Belgian Wit character.

The hops with their typical citrus peel and pine bouquet is mirrored on the palate. Aroma; floral hops, citric hops, wheat malts with spices. Off white head, hazy grass golden body. Taste; floral hops, citric hops, wheat malts with coriander and clove, bread malts, sweetish spiced up finish. 

Appearance
Yellow and misty color for a fine white foam.

Aroma
Aromas of peach, hops, malt, fruit, citrus, yeast and spices.

Taste
Flavors of hops, malt, yeast, fruit, grains, coriander, herbs and spices.
