Burger with pulled pork
My kids' favorite dinner is definitely the beef and pork burger, maybe with a slice of melted cheese and some sauce like ketchup and mayonnaise (strictly homemade!). We love hamburgers but we never buy them already made, we prefer to prepare them at home, with lean meat taken from the trusted butcher, possibly homemade sandwiches and beautiful wedges potatoes. Certainly it is a cheap recipe (with about 10 $ you can eat them in 4 people) and very quick to prepare (in 15 minutes we are all at the table!)
Ingredients
600 g beef (lean)200 g pork (lean)1 tsp salt1 pinch pepper
PreparationI advise you to go to your trusted butcher and choose nice pieces of lean meat for your burgers. I also will ask him to grind it by passing it through the machine 2 times. Place the minced meat in a bowl and simply season with salt and pepper, then mix well with your hands to distribute the seasoning well. Once done, divide the dough into 4 equal parts and give it the shape of a hamburger with your hands. Put a non-stick plate on the stove and heat it well, then cook the burgers over high heat. I like to cook them like this so that they are nice browned on the outside and undercooked on the inside. To do this I turn them once after 3-4 minutes. If you like them more cooked, lower the heat slightly and cook them a little longer. All that's left to do is fill your beef and pork burger sandwich well and bite into it... Enjoy your meal!
