Baked Lemon Chicken

Let's start by preparing the marinade for the chicken, in a bowl put the juice of the two lemons, (set aside the squeezed lemons), with a tablespoon of oil a little oregano and rosemary. Let the chicken marinate for an hour, sealing the bowl with plastic wrap and putting it in the fridge. In a bowl we put the breadcrumbs and the yellow corn flour, take the chicken, take it out of the marinade liquid and pass it in the breading. Put the breaded chicken in a baking tray with parchment paper and a little oil, put a little herbs on top, then oregano and rosemary, salt, pepper and finally put one of the two lemons squeezed for marinating, cut into thin slices. Bake everything in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Once our crispy lemon chicken is cooked in the oven, we serve it, you will feel that crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and that it smells and tastes crazy!
