Tagliatelle with prawns and lemon

Good morning dear Friends. It's friday! Today we are preparing a dish that is quick to make but of a certain value. The ingredients are few but they must be of high quality to best enhance the strong flavors of this dish. Between ups and downs, 2023 is coming to an end with the hope that the new year will be better than the last one! But let's get to us! To end this long year and proposals, I want to suggest a very easy first course, with a very pleasant taste: tagliatelle with lemon and shrimps! A recipe that can be prepared in a very short time, but it is very welcome! So if you are planning to serve a quick but excellent first course, this dish is for you.

Ingredients

200 gr of egg tagliatelle
150 gr of shrimps
juice of half a lemon
grated zest of half a lemon
a clove of garlic
chopped parsley to taste
a knob of butter
two-three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
pink peppercorns

Procedure

First of all, peel the shrimps and remove the black casing; rinse them under running water and pat them dry with a paper towel; grate the lemon and then squeeze it to get juice; At this point, take a pan, pour in the extra virgin olive oil and briefly brown the garlic clove; add the shrimps and cook for about 3-4 minutes; then add both the juice and grated zest of the lemon; add a knob of butter; in the meantime, boil the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water; drain them and throw them in the pan of shrimp and lemon; mix well, sprinkling with chopped parsley; Serve garnished with pink peppercorns.

Now I just have to wish you a very peaceful day and a great wish for a full weekend of many satisfactions! And as always, I dedicate a special thought to those who are experiencing a period of discomfort or difficulty! A hug to all of you who follow me with so much affection!
