Meatballs and broccoli 🤩❤️
Today for meatball lovers I leave you this tasty recipe for MEATBALLS AND FRIARIELLI, a delicious recipe. Those who follow me every day know very well that where I can lighten the caloric load of the dishes I bring to the table for my family, I always do it with extreme joy, trying very often to avoid fried food and excess fat, preferring lighter cooking and seasonal vegetables. A dish that perfectly embodies the philosophy of my cuisine are these baked meatballs and broccoli, a well-balanced, rich but above all tasty main course. Perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients
450 g minced mixed meat
1 egg
1 egg yolk
60 g Grana Padano
1 boiled potato
1 pinch nutmeg
1 clove garlic
700 g broccoli (already cleaned)
salt and pepper
extra virgin olive oil
breadcrumbs
Preparation
Divide the cleaned broccoli into florets and then boil al dente in plenty of salted water. Drain and set aside. Place the minced meat with the egg yolk and egg, grated Grana Padano, two tablespoons of breadcrumbs, mashed boiled potato, minced garlic clove, parsley and a pinch of nutmeg in the bowl.Season with salt and pepper. Knead the mixture for a long time to make it well blended. Shape meatballs a little less than a walnut in size. Dip each in breadcrumbs. Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange the broccoli florets, then add the meatballs, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake in a static oven at 180° for about 50 minutes, turning vegetables and meatballs halfway through cooking. Enjoy your meal!
