Veggie pizza

In recent times, the consumption of grains and vegetables has increased, as one of the main foods in the diet of many people, thus gradually decreasing the consumption of meat. The number of people who opt for vegetarian or vegan options is increasing, which is why many restaurants began to include vegan products in their menus, to adapt to this lifestyle and be more accessible and closer to this sector of the population with great influence on the market. If you also plan to include these options in your restaurant, you should keep in mind that beyond offering salads, you can innovate in products that are commonly composed of animal protein and explore the different ways to bring it to the vegetarian world.
