Sausage-stuffed peppers

Ingredients
2 Round red peppers
200 g fresh sausage
100 g boiled rice
an egg
20 g grated parmesan cheese
extra virgin olive oil
fennel seeds
salt

Procedure
For the sausage stuffed peppers recipe, mix the sausage with the egg, rice, a little parmesan cheese, fennel seeds. Salt. Cut the peppers in half and empty them of the seeds. Season with salt and pepper on the inside. Stuff the peppers and place them in a baking dish with a ladle of water.
