Sausage and potatoes
Sausage and potatoes in a pan are a traditional dish, but it always manages to take on different flavors and textures. A recipe with an ancient flavor but always tasty, cheap and easy to prepare. In this new version, it takes on a new look. A good and hearty second course and with the same basic ingredients we can also cook a pasta.
This fabulous Italian-inspired dish comes together all in one skillet and the herbs and spices really make the flavors pop. Plus, the sausage and potatoes make this perfect for my meat and potatoes man. I am also pleased to announce this dish is officially a member of the clean plate club * everyone loves it so much that there is absolutely no hope of leftovers. And as if that wasn’t enough reason to make this* it’s only 30 minutes prep to plate with little scarpetta. Triple bonus! Here are the steps in detail.
