Pizza with fiordilatte olives, anchovies, rocket and cooked ham
The pizza with rocket and ham is delicious and delicate. For a more appealing touch, add pitted green olives. Follow the directions of my recipe and you will make this pizza without any difficulty. Excellent to serve at an informal dinner with friends, its bright colors and its lightness will surely make it appreciated by everyone.
Ingredients
a ball of yeast-free pizza dough with baking soda ready
extra virgin olive oil to taste
3-4 tablespoons of tomato puree
salt to taste
a few handfuls of fresh rocket
mozzarella for pizza to taste
100 g raw ham cut into thin slices
pitted green olives to taste
Procedure
Roll out a ball of pizza dough without yeast with baking soda on a pastry board already lined with special paper and with the dough sheet made lined with a diameter of 30-35 previously oiled. Spread over the tomato puree and add the mozzarella reduced to crumbs. Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and season with salt to your liking. Put in a hot oven at 180 C degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the rocket leaf by leaf and dry it in a vegetable centrifuge. At the end of cooking, take the pizza out of the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Decorate everything with a few handfuls of washed rocket and green olives. Season with salt and season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add some slices of raw ham and here the pizza is ready. Cut the delicacy into slices and serve the pizza.
