Grapefruit spinach and prawns



The sweet shellfish of our sea with the fresh note of citrus is supported by vegetables that finally bring us the colors and intense flavors of this dish.

Ingredients

1/4 red grapefruit 
dozen spinach leaves 
shrimp tails 
Extra virgin olive oil to taste 
Lemon juice to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Peel the grapefruit and cut it into coarse pieces; Wash the spinach leaves. Place on a serving plate and add the steamed shrimp tails. Emulsify the oil with lemon, salt and pepper. Dress the salad with this sauce. A fresh and quick meal!
