Burgers on the fiery grill
Grilled Hamburgers are a tasty meat main course that you can prepare for a barbecue or to serve in the classic sandwich! Grilled Hamburgers are a delicious second course of meat ideal to serve during a barbecue with friends or with the whole family. Obviously, learning how to make homemade grilled burgers is really quick and easy, but the most important thing I will explain is how to cook the grilled burger, whether you use a barbecue, an electric grill or a cast iron griddle! In this recipe I will explain how to cook the beef burger, but you can choose to prepare it with the meat of your choice!
Ingredients
400 g of Minced Beef or other meat of your choice
Fine Salt
Black Pepper
Procedure
To prepare the grilled burger, take your mince and divide it into four more or less equal parts. Then take a round pastry cutter or a hamburger mold and put the mince in it to form your burgers. Heat the griddle and once hot, place the burgers on it. At this time it is important to remember two things: first of all, you must avoid crushing the burger towards the grill to prevent it from losing the cooking juices and the second thing, which is also the most important, is that the meat will certainly tend to stick to the grill. Do not try to detach it, but wait for the burger to detach on its own: at that point it will be time to turn it over to cook it on the other side. Cook for approximately a couple of minutes on each side, but adjust according to the degree of doneness you prefer (undercooked, half-cooked or well cooked). Once cooked to your liking, remove from heat, season with salt and pepper and serve your grilled burgers!
