BBQ tourtine

Method
Preheat the oven or BBQ to 325°F, cover with foil (be careful not to stick the paper to the dough) and place on the center rack in the oven or indirectly on the bbq. Cook for 2 hours. Increase oven to 375°F, uncover and let brown for about 45min. Bingo!
TipFor best results, brush the tourtine with a beaten egg with 2 tablespoons cold water before covering and baking.
