Sandwich with herb cheese, beef carpaccio, and roasted pepper
Planning meals for a family of four with different tastes is difficult. Adults are flexible but kids can become too choosy and can easily break into tantrums. For this reason, our family dinners are frequently chaotic, never silent and often concluded with teary-eyed faces. Care to join me for dinner?
What you need
1 pack of Beef Carpaccio
½ yellow pepper
30g mixed salad
25g Herb spreadable cheese
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
How to proceed
Wash the pepper and toast it in a pan by turning it several times until all the skin is blackened. Put it in a paper bag, close it tightly and let cool. Remove the pepper of the skin, stalk, seeds and inner filaments, cut it into layers and season with a pinch of salt. Cut the sandwiches in half and spread the base with the herb cheese. Fill each sandwich with a package of Beef Carpaccio alternating the slices with the pepper layers. Garnish with a few leaves of salad and complete with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a generous ground pepper. Close the sandwiche and serve.
