Pizza with zucchini and sweet sausage

Pizza with zucchini is an idea for a dinner with friends or an appetizer buffet. You can prepare it in advance and serve it cold, or take it out of the oven at the last moment to eat it hot. The peculiarity of the recipe is that the cheese is hidden under a carpet of raw grated zucchini, for a delicious surprise at every bite! At my house I really liked the recipe and I already included it in the menu of the next family pizza! If, like me, you are reckless even in summer and turn on the oven to prepare pizza on Saturday night, you could try to make this recipe and, as always, let me know what you think ;)

Ingredients

400 g white flour
1 sachet of Brewer's Yeast
10 g caster sugar (2 teaspoons)
2 tablespoons olive oil
225 - 250 ml lukewarm water (37-40°C)
1 teaspoon salt
300 g tomato pulp
200 g zucchini cut into julienne
240 g crumbled sweet sausages
2 - 4 tablespoons olive oil
salt

Preparation

Sift the flour in a large bowl and mix the brewer's yeast. n the center of the pile make a hole and pour sugar and 75 ml of oil. Mix everything with the help of a fork, adding a little at a time the warm water and salt. Knead the dough on the floured table top for at least 10 minutes, spreading it with clenched fists, rewinding it and slamming it on the table, until the liquid is completely absorbed. Put the dough back in the floured bowl, cover it with a damp cloth and leave it to rise in a warm place, until its volume has doubled (about 40 minutes). Divide the well-leavened dough into 2 equal dough, roll these out into 2 discs with a diameter of 30 cm and transfer them to 2 pizza trays (diameter 32 cm) greased with 2 tablespoons of oil each. Distribute on each pizza, leaving empty a border of 1 cm, half of the tomato pulp, half of the sausage and half of the zucchini. Complete with 1-2 tablespoons of oil and salt to taste. Bake the pizzas for 15-20 minutes in the middle and lower part of the preheated oven (electric: 220°C, ventilated: 210°C, gas: 220°C), alternating the position of the trays halfway through cooking. Congratulations, excellent result!
