Burger with onions and blue cheese 




The recipe for a tasty homemade beef burger. Learn how to make a burger, step by step, with onions, watercress and blue cheeses.

INGREDIENTS

Beef
600 g, chopped Chili pepper
4, finely chopped and seeded Garlic
2 segments Eggs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
Onions 4
Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
Ketchup 4 tablespoons
Bread 4 round burger buns
Cheese 150 g, blue
Watercress 4 tufts

Preparation

Add the chopped chili and garlic to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper, then knead everything again in the beaten egg. Form 4 burgers with your hands and set aside. Heat the oil in a pan with high edges and fry the onions slowly, until they turn golden, stirring often so as not to burn them. Meanwhile, mix the ketchup and mayonnaise and toast the round sandwiches. When the onions are ready, remove them from the pan, clean the pot and add new oil. Cook the burgers for three minutes per side, or until they are cooked inside. Put some onions on the sandwich that will be the base, add the hamburger, cheese, watercress and mayonnaise and serve immediately.
