Ingredients

4 slices Bread
Extra virgin olive oil
4 slices Brie
4 slices Prosciutto crudo
2 figs
Arugula
Walnuts
1 tablespoon Berry jam
2 tsp vinegar

Preparation

In a saucepan pour a tablespoon of berry jam. Put on the heat and let it melt over low heat. Then add the vinegar, stir and let it boil. Remove from heat and pour the compote into a small bowl. Line the baking tray with parchment paper, place the slices of bread on them and put them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, until golden brown. Once baked, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil over the slices of bread. Peel the figs and cut them in half. Place half a fig on each slice of raw ham and roll up, creating a sort of roll. On each crouton lay a slice of brie, and on it a roll of ham and figs. Garnish with rocket and chopped walnuts, then add a tablespoon of compote. Serve and enjoy your meal!
