PORK RIBS MARINATED LIKE RIBS, FRESH TAGLIATELLE

Also known as ribs, tacks and trimmings are easily found in butcher shops. Marinating ribs in beer and herbs is essential as well as slow baking to ensure moisture and tender meat. I recommend a marinade of about 12 hours. Succulent, tasty, tender and well flavored these honey-glazed pork ribs are always a success. Ingredients
75 ml beer
2 tablespoons honey
aromatic herbs (rosemary – fresh or dried oregano – sage – )
pepper and salt
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
8 pork ribs
1 lemon
PREPARATION
In a large baking dish, which can go into the oven, pour the beer, add the honey and mix to mix the two ingredients. Chop the herbs you like and add them to the beer with honey. You can also not chop them. Also pour the oil, filtered lemon juice and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Place the ribs in the marinade, taking care to spray evenly with the prepared marinade. Cover with plastic wrap to marinate in the fridge for about 12 hours, turning them from time to time.
BAKING PORK RIBS IN THE OVEN.
Heat the oven to 180°C. Keep the ribs at room temperature for a while. Cook the pork ribs for about 1 hour, turning them for uniform browning. At the end of cooking, they must be well cooked, golden and tender. If the marinade liquid should be too much to eliminate it during cooking.
Boil the water with the coarse salt. Immerse the fresh pasta in it for a few minutes (depending on the time indicated on the package), then drain. On a plate, place a nest of fresh tagliatelle in the center and place a pork rib on it.
