Creamy lemon parmesan chicken breasts




Chicken breast with lemon is a simple and quick second course, typical of Italian home cooking, if well done it is very tasty, while remaining light and healthy. Below I list my recipe with some hidden tricks, such as the use of rice flour that gives a golden and uniform breading, also dipping the chicken breast in milk facilitates everything.

The creamy chicken breast with lemon is an absolutely amazing dish, of great effect, but very easy to make. A hearty second course that you can easily propose as a single dish and that will certainly conquer all those who will taste it for its delicious and enveloping consistency at every taste. Everyone can make this dish, even those who are not very practical in the kitchen: it is an extremely simple recipe and that will certainly appeal to both adults and children. The meat is very tender, the sauce fragrant and creamy, in short, a dish really with all the qualities to be a perfect dish! Even on special occasions, such as a dinner with friends, you can bring this inviting goodness to the table, finding a great success: accompany it with classic baked potatoes flavored with a little rosemary and it will really be the top!

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
3 lemons
200 ml whole milk
250g rice flour
4 cloves of garlic
1 sprig of rosemary
seed oil

Procedure

As a first step, take your chicken breasts and dip them in a bowl with milk. In the meantime, extract the juice from the lemons and keep it aside, take care, if you do it manually that there are no seeds. Now prepare a pan and heat over low heat seed oil, rosemary and garlic cloves. Move the chicken breasts to another bowl and pour the rice flour inside, gently try to make sure that the flour covers the entire surface of the chicken breast, when the oil is well heated transfer the chicken to the pan. Now let the chicken breast fry well forming the crust, when it is golden brown proceed to turn it upside down so that the crust also forms on the opposite side. When it is golden brown on both sides, pour the lemon juice and let it reduce. The chicken breast will be ready, and served with side dish to taste.

Tip
 Do you want to give a more zesty touch? If you are a lemon lover, add lemon zest at the end of cooking to give the chicken breast an even stronger flavor.
