Prosciutto and rocket pizza

This pizza looks like a painting! A good Prosciutto and rocket are enough to make your pizza special! 😍 This pizza finished with parmesan cheese flakes is one of my favorite pizzas. The basis of pizza is always the same, it is always a success so why change it? For cooking I prefer the pizza oven but also in the traditional oven the result is excellent and what is more important than the appearance is that in both cases the pizza is easily digestible, you will not have that sense of heaviness as it happens with the pizza of the pizzeria. If you haven't tried it yet, you have to fix it.

The pizza with prosciutto and rocket with parmesan flakes is one of my absolute favorites. Here's how I prepare it at home. This pizza is a riot of flavors, which interact well with each other. It is one of the most appreciated and tasty pizzas. This pizza is my personal best-seller. When scrolling through the menu in the pizzeria I do not find anything intriguing, I throw myself without hesitation on this, which is usually always present, under the most varied names. I advise you to add the main ingredients raw, after cooking, to avoid unpleasant surprises or burns. I used parmesan flakes. I am sure that with this pizza you will lick your mustache!

Ingredients for four people

500 g flour
25 g brewer's yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
300 ml tomato sauce
200 g mozzarella
160 g of prosciutto
Parmesan flakes to taste
Rocket to taste
extra virgin olive oil to taste

Preparation

Prepare the dough, put it to rest in a bowl covered with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 2 hours. Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into cubes. Once leavening, form 4 balls with the dough and roll them out with your hands, forming as many discs in the trays.
Pour the tomato sauce over the dough discs, distribute the diced mozzarella; season with a drizzle of oil and bake in a preheated oven at 250ºC for about 10 minutes, when cooked, add slices of prosciutto, rocket and some choices of parmesan. Bake for another 2-3 minutes and serve.
