Pizza with Birra Moretti

I have created The ''Baffo’' pizza, which has been specially created to honor the man that appears on every bottle of Birra Moretti. Designed to complement the delicious flavors of Italy's most-loved beer.
In a series of selected places comes a new formula to enjoy pizza, combined with the references of the Birra Moretti family. Beer and pizza has always been a winning combination. It is on this perfect combination that the Giro Birra Moretti initiative is articulated, an initiative already launched in some selected places, thanks to which consumers can taste their favorite pizzas in combination with four of the six references of the most awarded beer family in Italy, corresponding to different beer styles: Birra Moretti (lager) and Birra Moretti Baffo d'Oro (pure Italian malt), Birra Moretti La Rossa (bock) and Birra Moretti Doppio Malto (high fermentation).
The sausage pizza, is the first on the list when I think about how to stuff pizzas, when at home you eat only pizza, this is the best for our palates! Yes, it is true it is a bit heavy, but the sausage crumbled on the pizza is really exceptional, in fact I use it in many savory leavened recipes. The shrimp and sausage pizza is one of my favorite flavors. Tasty and pleasant, on Saturday evening, for the evening homemade pizza is the top!
INGREDIENTS
1 pizza dough
100 gr shrimp
1 sausage
1/2 mozzarella
tomato puree to taste
oregano to taste
salt to taste
oil to taste
GUIDELINES
Take the pizza dough. You can make it at home or you can also buy it at the supermarket. Roll it out with a rolling pin with the help of a little flour. Season the base of the pizza with a little oil, then add a little tomato puree. Add the mozzarella and cook for another 10 minutes at the same temperature. Then the shrimp and the sausage cut into small pieces. Finish seasoning the pizza, adding a little oregano, a pinch of salt and a little more oil. Bake the pizza in the oven at 220 C degrees for about 20 minutes in a preheated static oven. Add the mozzarella and cook for another 10 minutes at the same temperature.
