Piadina with cooked prosciutto

What could be more delicious than a warm piadina, crunchy but at the same time soft and above all well stuffed? In my opinion nothing, especially if it is a piadina stuffed with cooked prosciutto. But if the dough of the piadina is more or less always the same, or flour, lard, water, salt and yeast, you can indulge yourself and use your imagination with regard to the filling, trying new combinations and mixing tradition and innovation. How to stuff the wraps? Are there ingredients that are better than others? It depends on personal taste.

Here's how to stuff the piadina with a touch of extra taste: I recommend buying ready-made piadina, perhaps choosing the traditional ones. A great classic the piadina with cooked prosciutto, enriched by the fiery red touch of the sauce. Folded in a triangle and brushed with extra virgin olive oil, we pass it in the oven for a few minutes: our kitchen will be filled with an irresistible scent. Perfect to eat even in front of the canvas or standing on the terrace, with an iced drink. Irresistible!

The piadina is a preparation that always conquers everyone and that tickles the imagination, exquisite and always different. Today I offer you a hot piadina, the piadina in a wallet with cooked prosciutto. Easy to prepare, this piadina is also prepared quickly and you will see that you will immediately do an encore. The stringy cheese, the freshness of the tomatoes and prosciutto and the rich flavor will certainly win you over. Now I leave you to the recipe of piadina in a wallet with cooked prosciutto and cheese, let us know in the comments if you prepare it and good recipe to all!
