Paccheri with clams and mussels
Paccheri with clams and mussels: the sprint recipe to prepare a delicious first course, excellent not only in spring but also at other times of the year. Easy to prepare and with selected but easily available ingredients, the result once this goodness is brought to the table will be excellent.
Paccheri with calamari mussels and clams are an exceptional dish, of those perfect to bring to the table on a special day. A pasta dish that certainly gives so much satisfaction: the paccheri are wrapped in a sauce rich in fish and seafood. Substantial but not heavy, excellent first course for a fish meal in which you want to hit the first shot. Try this recipe that is absolutely not difficult to make, indeed following my advice you will certainly succeed.
INGREDIENTS
350 g of paccheri
300 g of mussels
200 g of clams
extra virgin olive oil
half a lemon
garlic ground pink
pepper
PREPARATION
To prepare your Paccheri with clams and mussels follow the quick steps recommended in my sprint recipe. Take the mussels first: clean them, and if there are any with a broken shell, remove them. Pass them well under running water and for a job well done, clean them one at a time scraping them with a knife. Once all the impurities have been removed, place them in a bowl with cold water, or cover them with a damp cloth and let it rest in the fridge, for a maximum of 10 hours. Brown a clove of garlic for a few minutes in a pan with a little oil. Also clean the clams, leaving them to soak for at least 2 hours. Let the sand slide away, then heat them in a pan with a little oil and a piece of garlic. Cover and cook for a few minutes over high heat. With heat they will open on their own. Add the ground pink pepper, meanwhile boil the pasta in salted water and drain it al dente, then mix it with all the ingredients.
