Fresh and acidic mouth. Color: soft pink with an elegant flower shade. Aroma delicate nose, with floral scents. Taste on the palate it is dry, fresh, with a slight aftertaste of almonds.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup peas
2 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1/3 onion
salt
Pepper
oil
2 zucchini
DIRECTIONS
If you use frozen peas, remember to defrost them first. If you forgot and still want to rinse them under running water until they are completely thawed. Remember that frozen peas are not really raw because in the freezing process they are lightly blanched. Separately, add all the other ingredients and blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the peas and season with salt, pepper, oil to taste.
