400 gr of salad (mixed)
180 gr of mackerel (in oil or natural)
2 carrots
1 spring onion or radish
300 gr of corn (canned cake)
walnuts to taste (shelled)
olive oil to taste (extra virgin)
salt to taste
Preparation
To prepare the mackerel salad, start washing and draining well a mixed salad of tender vegetables, which will be the basis of your dish. Add the peeled carrots cut into julienne, the sliced onion and the drained corn. Season with salt and season with a little oil, then mix the salad well to evenly distribute the dressing. Serve the salad, adding the mackerel fillets and a few walnuts, to taste you can sprinkle everything with mixed seeds. Your mackerel salad is ready to be served.
