Ingredients
4 fillets of sea bream10-15 cherry tomatoes15-20 black olives1 garlic clove2 tablespoons chopped parsley10-15 capersextra virgin olive oil to taste50 ml white wine

Cut a clove of garlic in half and fry it in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in half (or quarters). Add the cherry tomatoes and black olives to the sauté. Let the cherry tomatoes stew over medium heat for a few minutes. Deglaze with a little white wine and add the capers. Continue cooking until the alcohol has evaporated. Add the sea bream fillets by placing them in a pan with the skin upwards. After about 2 minutes of cooking, turn the fillets with the skin down. Cook for another 5 minutes, paying close attention to the consistency of the meat of the fish. If moving the fillets with the spoon begin to break means that they are ready. A few moments before the end of cooking, add a few tablespoons of chopped parsley. Serve!
