Mixed appetizer platter
Platter of mixed appetizers... or small ideas to bloom waiting for the main course, very simple and quick preparations to be served on the table even during a single day that has already arrived at beautiful temperatures!
This quick and easy appetizer made by chance in a hurry on a day when I had little time to cook became a very popular appetizer. After repeatedly preparing it I decided to write the recipe despite someone may find it trivial. Made of only 4 ingredients that go very well with each other it tastes tasty and fresh. The bread I used is homemade baked in wood and fresh daily. The olives are pitted in extra virgin olive oil made in Liguria. The mayonnaise is light ready in a tube.
Ingredients
3 slices bread (fresh daily)
9 cherry tomatoes
12 pitted olives (in extra virgin olive oil)
Light mayonnaise to taste
drops Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Carefully cut the bread to a uniform medium thickness. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Spread a few drops of oil on the bread. Put a round of mayonnaise. Spread over the cherry tomatoes and olives and serve.
Note
Prepare this quick and easy appetizer a few minutes before serving. Do you know those situations where someone walks around the house hungry? This snack will go great at any time of the day.
