Busiate with swordfish shrimp and pesto

INGREDIENTS
500 g fresh busiate
1 jar of basil pesto
5 cherry tomatoes
200 g shelled prawns
1 slice of swordfish
extra virgin olive oil to taste
salt and pepper
PROCEDURE
To prepare the Busiate with swordfish, shrimp and pesto we begin to cut the swordfish into cubes. In a pan with oil, sauté the diced swordfish for a few minutes, add the shelled shrimp and sauté for a few more minutes. At this point remove the fish and keep it warm. In the same pot put the cherry tomatoes cut into four parts and sauté them for a few more minutes. Add salt and pepper, at the end of cooking add the shrimp and swordfish again, check the salt. Then cook the busiate in boiling salted water for the time shown on the package. When cooked, drain and pour them into the sauce of cherry tomatoes and fish, add the pesto and a tablespoon of cooking water. Stir well and serve on a serving plate.
