STUFFED FOCACCIA

The focaccia is prepared in a simple and fast way, kneading everything in a bowl with a spoon. Perfect to stuff as you prefer and is delicious even the next day heated.
This stuffed focaccia is perfect for a delicious appetizer, every now and then you have to treat yourself to a different appetizer than usual, don't you think? In the filling you can vary the ingredients using the ones you prefer. In fact, you can stuff it with cooked prosciutto, speck, scamorza, and other cheeses you like. If you are lactose intolerant or can not eat cheese you can omit it, instead add grilled vegetables... are amazing!
Ingredients
100 g raw prosciutto
150 g provolone cheese
Olive oil to taste
Fine salt to taste
Method
Divide the dough into 2 loaves, grease the bottom of a mold with olive oil and roll out a dough. Alternatively, use parchment paper. Stuffed with sliced provolone cheese, raw prosciutto and with the help of a spoon. Cover with the second dough, close the edges well and brush the surface with olive oil and fine salt. Let it rest for about twenty minutes, in the meantime heat the oven to 200 °C. Brush the surface with olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt. Bake the stuffed focaccia for about 30 minutes until it is golden brown on the surface and bottom.

In the stuffed focaccia you can use the ingredients you prefer, indulge your imagination!
