Sandwich with sausages, potatoes, peppers and eggplant
The exaggerated sandwich is that thing you really want when you have an incredible hunger. It doesn't matter if it's evening, morning or a night snack. There is a time when you need something highly delicious and caloric. I'm a fan of sandwiches, there is one for anyone. I really love them and I have to tell the truth they are one of my favorite dinners! I change the filling, experimenting with different flavors from time to time, but this remains one of my favorite flavors.
For quite some time now I have been trying my hands at sandwiches and homemade stuffed sandwiches, also making recipes for vegan sandwiches and vegetarian sandwiches, in addition to those with hamburgers, for the most passionate, the so-called hamburgers, with which I want to mean not only the meat burger, but also the sandwich stuffed with other ingredients.
To make the exaggerated sandwich you will need:
A sausage provolone cheese, eggplant, potatoes and peppers. On a plate open the bread on both sides. On another plate the cheese until it makes a nice crust, next to cook the sausage, which you have previously peeled and crushed in your hands, so as to form a nice rectangle (in this way it cooks before and does not curl during cooking). Stuff the sandwich then when everything is hot and ready, putting the provolone cheese at the bottom, the sausage in the middle and the peppers, potatoes and eggplant on top. Extraordinary, stratospheric, super greedy. This sandwich is really overdone!
