Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes 



Who doesn't love potatoes? I think nobody! 
So try this delicious version with Parmesan cheese. Tasty side dish enriched with spices such as rosemary, sage, even more delicious with the addition of grated Parmesan. Baked potatoes are always loved, a dish with which it is impossible to go wrong. These sandy potatoes with Parmesan cheese are more particular although the preparation remains extremely simple and affordable for everyone.

Today I present a second course that can be a really tasty side dish and perfect for the whole family. Ready in 5 minutes and 'a course to be served even during lunches or dinners with friends. The BAKED POTATOES with PARMESAN have a crunchy crust and with a small step will be perfect both inside and out. The secret is to make them warm up slightly before, you will see that they will be soft and cooked inside and crunchy on the surface thanks to Parmesan.

Parmesan potatoes a very easy side dish, perfect to accompany any type of dish, tasty, and a little different from the usual baked potatoes. You can do it in two ways, in a pan or in the oven and they will always be delicious, crunchy outside and very soft inside.

Ingredients

1 kg Potatoes
50 g Parmigiano Reggiano
Garlic powder to taste
2 sprigs Rosemary
4/5 leaves of Sage
2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

First wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into medium-sized wedges, then soak them in cold water for 1 hour. After the rest time, drain the potatoes and dab them with a cotton cloth, and place in a baking tray covered with parchment paper and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary. At this point bake the potatoes at 200 °C for about 30-35 minutes, meanwhile grate the Parmesan. After the first 30 minutes of cooking, open the oven and add the Parmesan cheese and continue cooking for another 10/15 minutes with grill mode without ever turning the potatoes, take the potatoes out of the oven and serve your roast potatoes hot with Parmesan.
