Prawns, dry white wine, garlic, chili pepper and parsley

My family simply loves seafood and is enthusiastic about it garlic shrimp easy to make! It's such a quick dish and will make you look like a genius when you serve this aromatic delight to your family and friends! The easy white wine sauce makes dinner perfect for pairing with a good bottle of Pinot Grigio. Much like Scampi, the butter-based sauce pairs beautifully with a nice dry white wine I like Pinot Grigio with my seafood. Delicious and tender shrimp with just the right amount of buttery garlic flavor to prepare a perfect dinner! The best part of shrimp dinners? They cook so fast! You can literally have this dinner on the table in just 10 minutes!

The garlic prawns ready in 10 minutes are extraordinary! Made with only 7 ingredients, and all at low cost and present in every kitchen, they are a mouth-watering delicacy perfect for a dinner with friends. Very easy and quick to do, it is impossible to resist the temptation to eat at least one forkful. The garlic prawns are fabulous!

INGREDIENTS

40 prawns
12 cloves of garlic
a sprig of fresh parsley
120 ml of 100% Italian crude extra virgin olive oil
a 160 g loaf of butter
2 chili peppers
120 ml dry white wine

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the chopped garlic in a non-stick pan over high heat for 3 minutes together with the chopped chili in a non-stick pan with the butter dissolved in the oil, stirring occasionally. After the necessary time, add the prawns deprived of head, carapace and black thread. Proceed with cooking for 7 minutes, turning the shrimp over after 3 minutes and blending them with wine.

Bolla Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie

On the nose there were crisp honey dew melon tones, cucumbers, pear, a thirst quenching fruit salad on a hot day. On the palate, it was light, dry and fruity. Fruit notes of peaches, pears, vanilla. Delicious mild acidity with a light vegetal undertone. Medium length tannins. Refreshing and delicious! At $14.60, no wonder they're drinking it like water! I give this a 90/100. Especially good with a plateful of entrées, fish, chicken and of course if you're like me... just by itself is fine also!

Experts think this Northern Italy Pinot Grigio wine would be a match made in heaven with this dish.

Bon appétit!
