WHAT DO YOU NEED?

1 pomegranate
1 slice of fresh lemon
a few mint leaves
sweetener to taste

HOW DO I PROCEED?

Shell the pomegranate and collect the grains in the lock of the immersion blender. Blend everything. Strain the juice thus obtained through a strainer and pour it into a glass. Add the lemon slice and mint, let rest for a few seconds and serve. Sweeten it if you like. If desired, instead of the immersion blender you can also use the vegetable puree to obtain pomegranate juice. I advise you to prepare pomegranate juice and drink it at the moment because its active ingredients oxidize easily in contact with air.
