Paccheri with clams, mussels and zucchini
Here is a recipe to emulate the first course of paccheri with clams, mussels and zucchini. And propose at the table a real marriage between land and sea. The paccheri with mussels and zucchini are really tasty, simple to make and of great effect. Although very easy to make, in reality it always makes a great impression on the table: you can also think of proposing it on some special occasion! Ingredients for 4 people
350 gr. of paccheri
300 gr. clams
20 mussels (5 per person)
2 cherry tomatoes
2 zucchini
2 cloves of garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Procedure
The first thing to do is rinse the clams vigorously for a few minutes under running water. Then prepare a sauté with one of the two cloves of garlic, when the oil is hot, remove the garlic and dive in the clams, covering the pan with a lid; Meanwhile, cook the mussels and at the end of cooking let them cool in a dish, same thing with the clams as soon as they open. Cut the zucchini according to your taste (round cut, à la julienne...) and cook them with oil, the other clove of garlic, the cherry tomatoes and the clam sauce, only at the end you have to season with salt and add the paccheri, clams and mussels sautéing gently for a couple of minutes.
