Air fried Potato wedges 😋

The deliciously crispy frozen potato wedges in the air fryer are child's play! in your air fryer with little or no extra oil needed! They are quick and easy and much crispier than baked potato wedges! These tasty seasoned potato wedges are even better if fried in the air!

Quick and easy is the name of the game some nights and these perfectly crispy potato wedges fit the bill a great finger food side dish! Plus, they're kids' favorites, so your little ones will have fun too! If you are a professional air fryer user, you already know how to make wonderful fries and potatoes of all kinds unmold in the air fryer. These frozen potato wedges are no exception!

It's fast! From start to finish in 12 minutes! You will have this easy side dish or appetizer on the table in the blink of an eye! It's convenient! As long as you already have some frozen potato wedges in the freezer, you can serve them when you're in a hurry and need a quick snack or side dish! Suitable for children! Kids love potato wedges and chips in any shape or size, right? Super simple ingredients. Just a bag of frozen wedges, a little olive oil if you like it and a pinch or two of salt!

Frozen potato wedges - Any brand will do. Sometimes, when looking for potato wedges, my options are limited. Olive oil - Optional, but adding a little before air frying will produce crispier potato wedges!
Seasoning – Also optional since there is usually no need for additional seasoning. Most frozen products come with the dressing, but I always add a little extra salt to taste.

This is one of those recipes for the air fryer that I recommend preheating the air fryer before preparing them. The extra few minutes of heating will help you make your potatoes crispier, faster!

Preheat. Set your air fryer to 400°F (204°C) and get your potatoes in wedges. Season with oil and dressing (optional). In a small bowl, mix the wedges with 1 teaspoon each of olive oil and salt. Air frying. Place the basket with the wedges in your air fryer and bake at 400°F (204°C). Flip and finish. Open and turn the potato wedges about 5 minutes in and return to the air fryer for 3-5 minutes, for a total of 8-10 minutes or until the slices are golden brown and crispy. Serve. Remove from the air fryer, add any additional seasoning and serve. Ketchup is a magical little condiment. It has a sweet and salty bite, makes just about any food more appetizing.

Ketchup has been around for centuries but in a completely different form. In fact, the first ketchup recipe did not include tomatoes! Instead the Chinese made it from pickled fish; doesn’t sound as appetizing as today’s dip, does it? Red, tomato-based ketchup didn’t appear until almost a century later in the early 1900s and really started making its way to everyone’s dinner tables (and refrigerators) when the Heinz family bottled and sold it.
