Scaloppine allo Champagne
A quick recipe that will conquer the palates of those who love sweet and sour flavors! The preparation of veal slices with good champagne. A delicious dish to make a great impression.
But these escalopes seemed very French to me... with champagne. And while the guest watches the Italy/Germany match (with the French referee) I'm struggling to write this post between screams from the neighbors and shocks on the sofa at home, because I've never seen my guest get up so quickly, except when i say… Are you ready to eat!
Ingredients:
250g of slices of vealflour to taste20g butter20g Extra Virgin Olive oil100 ml champagnesalt to taste
Preparation
Pass the slices of veal in the flour. Melt the butter in a pan together with the oil and place the slices of meat, raising the heat. Turn the slices often. Add the champagne once they are golden. Cook until it hardens over high heat. Just before the end of cooking, add salt.
