Sandwich with mortadella!

Hello everyone! You know those times when you would eat a whole elephant? 🙂 hihihi oops! No? They happen to me often! This nice sandwich was my midnight 🙂 🙂 snack In the fridge I had excellent mortadella and I just could not resist!

Mortadella for children is the favorite ingredient at snack time. The delicious combinations with mortadella are many and certainly tempting even to adults, but there are other unusual ones that deserve to be discovered. A classic of Roman street food is the white pizza with mortadella without anything else added, but if you want to have fun discovering a combination with mortadella you have never tried here is an idea to copy and to be included in the decalogue of combinations of stuffed sandwiches to try before it's too late.

INGREDIENTS

100 g of mortadella

Provolone cheese

PROCEDURE

Open the sandwich in two and toast it for 5 minutes in a hot oven, stuff it with cheese and mortadella, close and bite! 🙂 🙂

Tip

If you have pistachios do not hesitate to put them inside the sandwich, perhaps crushing them a little before! 🙂 See you soon!
