Italian Sausage with Peppers and Mushrooms
The sausage peppers and mushrooms, is my quick recipe, tasty and cheap, that my kids willingly eat when they come home, instead of doing complicated things and with long cooking maybe in the oven, I always prefer to use the pans, and spend more time with them to play. An easy and inviting recipe perfect to enjoy at dinner. We take advantage of the seasonality of peppers to bring this second dish to the table. It is prepared without any difficulty.
I tasted this succulent dish with sausage, peppers and mushrooms at the home of my friend Chef Parisi, a superfine cook. I discovered that as well as tasty it is also very easy to prepare: no dirty pans and oil that splashes throughout the kitchen, but a simple cooking in the oven, just as I like it. The sausage in a pan with peppers and mushrooms is a rich and tasty second course that is prepared quickly and easily with sausage, peppers, and mushrooms.

Ingredients
400g of cleaned mushrooms, drained well and sliced
3 red and/or yellow peppers, cleaned and cut into strips
1kg pork sausage
1 tablespoon oil
1 sprig of rosemary, chopped
salt to taste
1/2 glass of white wine
Preparation
Turn on the oven at 200°C. Prick the sausage with a fork and collect it in a large baking pan together with the mushrooms and peppers. Oil a little, season with salt, sprinkle with rosemary and bake. After 10 minutes, remove from the oven and drizzle with white wine. Return to the oven for another 20/30 minutes or until the meat is cooked. In the last 5 minutes, operate the grill so that it is colored.
Remove from oven and serve.
