Grilled Lamb Leg Steak

In this recipe we will add an exotic touch to the ribs, I will show you how to prepare fantastic ribs with spices. Simple and quick to make, they can be cooked without problems on both charcoal and gas barbecues, using the setup for direct cooking. The fundamental factors for the success of lamb chops are two: the marinade in which to immerse and let the meat flavor and the cooking temperature. For a perfect result, well browned outside and still soft and juicy inside, it is important to preheat the grill to a temperature of at least 220 ° C – 230 ° C, while the distinctly  flavor and aromas will be the result of marinating rich in fresh and decisive flavors.

INGREDIENTS

8  lamb chops
50 ml Lemon juice
1 sprig of rosemary
Sage to taste
oregano to taste
mint to taste
salt to taste
chili pepper to taste
extra virgin olive oil to taste

GUIDELINES

Chop the herbs and collect them in a bowl. Add salt, chili and stir. Wash the lemons and strain the juice. Place the lamb chops in a baking dish, cover with herbs and massage the meat on all sides. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of oil and let it rest in the refrigerator for about two hours. Put the baking dish with the ribs out of the refrigerator thirty minutes before cooking. Prepare the grill and arrange the lamb chops, without removing the aromatic herbs attached to the meat and cook a couple of minutes on each side.

Serve the lamb chops while still hot.
