Branzino al Forno

The baked sea bass fillet is a light and tasty second course. This recipe is very easy to prepare, even at the last moment. You can buy fillets already cut and barbed, so it is also easier to prepare them. All that remains is to pass them in flavored bread crumbs and put them in the oven. So let's see how to proceed. The sea bass fillets breaded with breadcrumbs, become crunchy and wonderfully golden. This is a recipe to be made in a few minutes (if you then use the fillets already prepared even more!) with a truly unique taste!

A fish dish that will appeal to the whole family, including children!

Ingredients

4 fillets Sea bass

50 g Breadcrumbs

1 bunch parsley

1 garlic clove

1/2 lemon (juice)

salt to taste

pepper to taste

Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Preparation

After buying the sea bass fillets, wash them and put them to drain. Now prepare the flavored bread crumbs. Finely chop the parsley with the garlic. Pour the mince into a bowl and add the bread crumbs. Add the juice of half a lemon, and extra virgin olive oil. A pinch of salt and also pepper. Mix all the ingredients well. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pass the sea bass fillets in the flavored crumbs. Now place the fillets on the baking sheet, side by side, take the advanced panura and place it on each fillet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Once cooked, serve them hot with a drizzle of raw oil. You can accompany this second course with a nice mixed salad.
