Sausage and baked broccoli
Sausage and baked broccoli, a simple recipe prepared with just 4 ingredients, a delicious and complete second course ready in 30 minutes. The peculiarity of this recipe lies in the simplicity: it is not necessary to boil broccoli or cook sausages, but just put everything in the pan with a generous drizzle of olive oil and fresh rosemary.
The ingredients we need are:
Sausages. I used the spicy Italian sausages but you can choose the ones you prefer.Broccoli fresh Fresh rosemary Extra virgin olive oil And of course salt and pepper.
The preparation can be divided into two phases:Clean the broccoli and divide it into florets and at the same time cut the sausage into pieces. I put all the ingredients in a baking tray and immediately in the oven at 180 ° for 30 minutes. Cut the sausages into pieces (or if you use rolled sausages you can also leave them like that) and place them in the pan with the broccoli. Add a few sprigs of rosemary and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Remove from the oven and serve Sausage and baked broccoli.
A simple recipe of sure success, great for a dinner or a quick lunch because in half an hour everything is ready!
