Roasted Asparagus
A delicate side dish and rich in flavor perfect to be enjoyed with any type of second course. In the delirium of the thousand preparations that sometimes I put in my head to do for dinner I often forget the side dish. The solution, as I often do, is to literally throw whole vegetables in the oven! I discovered that they are excellent and are prepared in 5 minutes, also when you serve them you collect a lot of "ohh" "ahhh" of amazement from the diners, who do not expect a recipe as simple as good. Roasted asparagus is delicious to enjoy with grilled meat and fish or steamed fish.
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
1 bunch of asparagusa few mint leaves4 sprigs of thymeextra virgin olive oil to tastesalt to tastePepper to taste
PREPARATION
Clean the asparagus, freeing them from the most leathery part of the stem. Place them in a baking dish and sprinkle with a generous dose of oil, sprinkle here and there the leaves of mint and thyme, season with a pinch of salt and ground pepper.
