NUTELLA DESSERT



You want to prepare a Nutella dessert that is good, soft and fluffy. Here is the recipe and ingredients to prepare an excellent Nutella dessert. Usually at home there is always a jar of Nutella and often you are tempted to prepare a dessert with this delicious hazelnut-based cream. With this recipe you can prepare a dough to make a Nutella cake that you can prepare in a cake pan, in a Plum cake mold or donut. Here is the right recipe to prepare the dough of the cake in the planetary mixer but if you do not have this kitchen tool you can still use electric whisks.

Ingredients for a 24 cm mold:

200 gr of soft butter
200 gr caster sugar
4 eggs
225 gr of flour
25 g unsweetened cocoa powder
1 small glass of milk
1 jar of Nutella
1 sachet of yeast
1 sachet of vanilla
50 gr of toasted hazelnuts

How to make Nutella cake
Put the soft butter cut into small pieces in a bowl then add the sugar and mix with an electric whisk. In this part of the recipe, the butter must be very soft that combined and mixed with sugar must become similar to a cream. Now separate the yolks from the whites, add the yolks to the mixture of butter and sugar and mix hyper well. Finally, also incorporate the milk. Now it's time to add all the powders with a sieve, starting first from the flour, vanillin and baking powder and finally the cocoa. Add these ingredients little by little and make sure to mix the dough well. Now beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the mixture, mixing everything with a spatula or spoon. After making the dough homogeneous, all that remains is to add the Nutella into Spoonfuls and stir slightly. Take a cake tin and after buttering and flouring, fill it with the dough of the Nutella cake. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and place them on the surface of the cake. Meanwhile, prepare the cake, heat the oven to 180 ° C so that when you have finished preparing the cake, you already have the hot oven to be able to bake it. Bake the Nutella cake in the lower part of the oven and let it cook for about 40 minutes.
