Heart-shaped pizza

Heart-shaped pizza – pizza for me is the best food there is, and heart-shaped would be the best gift for Valentine's 🥰 Day. If your partner loves pizza as much as I do, this is the perfect way to tell him/her that you love him/her, it's the perfect way to show how much you care about him/her and surely their eyes will be like this: 😍 as mine were while the pizza was leavened and baked in the oven. Not to mention when I pulled it out! Too bad it's over early🤣🤣.

Heart-shaped sweets, chocolates, flowers, are now a must on this romantic day, but if you amaze your partner with heart-shaped pizza, the magic of love will embrace you!

Ingredients
500 g flour
3 g dry brewer's yeast
450 ml water (lukewarm)
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons tomato puree
1 mozzarella
oregano to taste
pepper to taste
salt to taste
olive oil to taste
3 cherry tomatoes

WITH THIS DOUGH COME 3 PIZZAS. (One I froze, at the bottom I'll explain how to do it 🥰)

Dissolve the brewer's yeast in warm water and pour it into a bowl with the flour starting to knead; add salt and oil continuing to knead obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mixture without lumps, add more flour if needed obtaining a dough that is not liquid but beautiful kneaded and workable; form a dough and cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubling (about two hours but you can keep it even more) in a place at room temperature; with the help of a floured spatula remove the dough from the bowl and pour it on a floured work surface and then divide it into three parts; I weighed the whole dough and then I divided into the right doses, obtaining three loaves of the same weight approximately; roll out a dough in a sheet of lightly greased baking paper and put the dough on top starting to roll out from the center, trying to give the shape of a beautiful heart; do the same with the other two balls (I have always given the shape of a heart, while the other I spread normally, obtaining a round pizza) and then cover them with plastic wrap and let them rise always at room temperature for about half an hour; meanwhile, season the tomato puree with oil, salt, pepper, oregano to your liking and wash and cut the tomatoes into wedges adding them to the tomato puree; also cut the mozzarella into cubes and drain the liquid well; resume the pizzas now leavened and season with the tomato puree, (also spreading it on the edges); bake at 220 ° for about twenty minutes, when they are almost ready, take them out and add the mozzarella, bake again and finish cooking; when the mozzarella is well melted and the edge are a nice golden, take out of the oven and serve on the table, in all sweetness the heart-shaped pizza! ❤️🍕

If three pizzas are too many, you can freeze them precooked: Pre-bake the pizzas at 220° in a static oven. And hot for about 5 minutes, then take them out of the oven and let cool very well, once cooled put them inside a large bag to freeze the food and store in the freezer then in the evening bake at 220 ° in a ventilated oven for about 15 minutes, and after 10 minutes add the mozzarella, once beautiful golden out of the oven, pour a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy this wonderful pizza!

With excellent ingredients you will shape a special pizza, beautiful to look at with mozzarella and a wonderful goodness for the palate. Of course, you can indulge in the filling, you can for example instead cut salami in the shape of a heart.

Notes
To make it tastier you can also add capers on the tomato or over the mozzarella to make it colorful. Also, excellent the next day if you like, just warm it up a little.
