Broiled Salmon Recipe
Grilled salmon fillet, soft and succulent! Here's how to make a grilled salmon with marinated skin that does not become dry and stringy . I tried to make the grilled salmon fillet always using this method and always get a salmon not at all dry and delicious, it is also a very fast and simple recipe!
Ingredients
4 Salmon filletExtra virgin olive oil to tasteHalf a glass White wineHalf LemonParsley to tasteThyme to tasteSalt to tastePepper to taste
Preparation
First prepare the marinade for the salmon: in a large bowl squeeze half a lemon (if it is small use it whole), white wine, parsley previously washed and chopped, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a few leaves of thyme and grains of pepper (even pink, they are fine!). If you prefer stronger flavors you can add to the marinade a crushed clove of garlic and grated lemon peel! Emulsify everything with a fork or whisk. Rinse the salmon fillets and dip them in the freshly prepared marinade. Let them marinate and in the meantime heat the grill or plate to the maximum temperature (the embers are also fine!) Drain the salmon fillets from the marinade and set aside. Place the salmon on the grill (if you use slices, cook the side with the skin first!). Cook the grilled salmon fillets for a maximum of 3-4 minutes. Turn the salmon and cook on the other side for 3 minutes. Put the salmon fillets in a serving dish and add salt and pepper slightly. You can add a teaspoon of marinade kept aside before serving or slices of fresh lemon.
Serve the grilled salmon fillets hot.
Some adviceIf you cook the grilled salmon fillets, put the grill on the top shelf and cook 5 minutes per side at most. And brush the salmon with marinade during cooking. Salt only before serving. You can remove the white wine from the marinade if you do not prefer it, but keep in mind that it evaporates!
