To begin, you will need to carefully clean the broccoli. Divide, then, the vegetable into many florets and wash them with fresh running water. Put a pot with plenty of water on the heat and as soon as it reaches the boil add about 10 g of salt and add the broccoli. Cook the broccoli for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. When they are cooked, drain and let them cool. After about 10 minutes, pound them with a fork or otherwise reduce them to small pieces. Separately, carefully crumble the fresh pork sausage and keep it aside; Finely chop the garlic and put it in a large pan together with the tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Sauté the garlic and when it is golden add the crumbled sausage and let everything sauté over high heat for a few minutes, after which blend the meat with the white wine and wait for it to evaporate. At this point add the broccoli to the sausage, mix carefully and flavor the sauce with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
