Bread for a classic sandwich
Who doesn't like the classic sandwich?
Too bad that unfortunately it does not fully reflect the canons of the right diet. I then tried to revisit it using this bread, grilled vegetables therefore fat-free and a turkey and chicken healthier and less caloric than pork. Only mayonnaise is missing it would be better to avoid it but an exception every now and then does not hurt so much.

Ingredients for 4 people
8 pieces of chicken and turkey
4 sandwiches (whole meal sandwiches are fine)
2 medium-sized peppers
2 large onions
Procedure
Clean the onion and cut it into fairly thin rings. Wash the pepper well, cut it into quarters, remove the seeds and white parts and cut it into thin strips. On the hot grill the vegetables: put the peppers first and after about 10 minutes add the onions. In all, cooking will be about 15-20 minutes. When the vegetables are ready, put them on a plate. Then grill the chicken and turkey well (about 7-8 min. per side) turning it quite often. When it's time for dinner, turn on the grill, toast the bread and heat both the sausage and vegetables nearby.
Stuff the sandwich to your liking!
